Reebok has the right idea!  They have designed shoes (called EasyTone) that give your calves, hamstrings, and gluteus maximum (your backside) a workout while you go about your day.  While you’re shopping, chasing kids, working, or cleaning house, they’re specially designed to tone those areas without you actually “working out”.
