I have always wanted to learn to make jewelry…fashionable jewelry that everybody wants.  CosmoGirl is telling their readers what they need to make jewelry seen on shows like Gossip Girl (without breaking the bank).  It involves pliers, wire cutters, different chains of jewelry, jump rings and charms.  It looks like it’d be a fun sideline hobby!
