Naturally Add Volume to Your Hair
Adding a bit of ‘poof’ to your hair creates a sexy look. You can get this look without using tons of hair gel, mousse or hair spray. If your hair is straight, blow dry immediately after washing your hair. Flip your head upside down to give it that extra umph. If you have curly locks, allow your hair to air dry for a bit, then blow dry on a low setting.

T-Rex Clips for HairGlamour Magazine is talking about these strange looking hair clips that all the stylists are using right now. They are called T-Rex Hair Clips One of the problems I have with my really thick hair is sectioning it and these babies look like they can do the job! They look like broken clothes pins but I’ll try anything to tame the mane on my head!

Smart Heat Blow Dryer Seen on The ViewI don’t turn the ladies on at The View much lately because I am usually busy in the mornings but something on this morning caught my eye while I was working. It’s called the Smart Heat Hair Dryer. You set it according to your hair type (synthetic, coarse, etc.). My hair is very hard to manage with its coarse texture with a little bit of wave. Hair Style ShoppingThere’s this great tool at Lifetime to try on different hairstyles! I saw it advertised on a commercial so I checked it out and played around with it. It does short hairstyles, medium hairstyles, long hairstyles, and up-do’s! You can use their models or upload your own pictures. You can also play around with make up and accessories. Some of the hairstyles look really off (goofy would be a better word) but it was fun to play around and get some ideas.

Braids are Back
Braids are popular with the celebrity crowd. Jennifer Aniston prefers a french braid on one side of her hairline. I like smaller braids as opposed to one larger braid around my face and like to mix them in with my hair that is down or even pull a few back when pulling the top and sides of my hair back at the crown. Grab some chunks of hair and add some funky braids to your hair!
