Get moving!

Since I have lost 40 pounds, I have been feeling awesome! I have been losing tons of weight thanks to physical trainer orange county and I feel amazing! I can not tell you how much different and better I feel. 40 pounds may not sound a lot, but I feel 100% times better then I did before!

Working out and finding the perfect trainer is important. The diet you eat is also as important! If you are unsure, ask your trainer for some tips and tricks! I am sure they can offer you a diet plan or at least see what you are eating and cut out the bad stuff!

Stick-thin?  Bony?  Gaunt?  Is that beautiful?

Glamour is showcasing supermodel women who are considered “plus-size” in the modeling industry.  They’d be “average” size by most people’s normal society standards walking down Main Street.  There are bulges and dimples in the photo gallery!  Some are naked.  Some are eating in the photos (Models eating?  Yup!).  It’s not your average magazine shoot and I like it!  There’s a really pretty one of two women (Miller size 12-14 and Renn size 12) who are smiling and they look healthy!
