Ok, I have to say that I love this time of year when the retail stores are changing over from winter to spring clothing and everything gets marked down to amazing prices. I love to stock up on boots for the next year, lets face it, as an adult my feet don’t change in size anymore. I love shopping for boots on 6pm.com and have found some stellar deals on there. I also love to shop at Herberger’s, the end of the season sale on boots is spectacular, last year I snagged a pair of EMU boots that had an original price tag of $230 and I only paid $30 for them!!

Maden Girl Rascal Boots
I am a penny pincher and love to buy things in advance at great prices. I am always thinking ahead and always paying attention to my children’s growth spurts to kinda get a feel for what sizes I can anticipate them being in so that shopping is a lot easier. I love finding tennis shoes on sale and since you can wear tennis shoes year round there is no guessing at what sizes the kids will be. However, when it comes to shopping for winter boots for the kids I like to get winter boots that are a neutral color, so that my oldest daughter can wear them as well as her two younger brothers.
Originally $85 Sale Price $19.99
Now don’t get me wrong, all of my kids don’t share every pair of shoes. Michaela winter boots are the only thing that I buy in a neutral color to share. Otherwise she does get her own fashion boots to wear to school which I usually buy at 6pm. You can find boots for the family at 6pm and get them all at at fraction of the price, and with free shipping!
