    Where To Apply Blush

    Have you ever seen a woman have so much blush on that she looks manic? Some people just don’t know WHERE to apply blush. If you’re wondering, well here’s a tip;

Bend over for 30 seconds, then slowly stand up. Where your cheeks are flushed is where you are meant to blush. Apply your blush there and it will be naturally rosy every time!

Look Bright Eyed and Bushy Tailed

We’ve been touching on pregnancy and new mommies a bit here and one thing we need to address is the fact that you may not FEEL glowing but you can still LOOK glowing!  Here is how to get brighter, wider eyes:

Apply one thin coat of mascara to both upper and lower lashes. For a more dramatic look, allow first coat to dry completely then apply a second coat concentrating on the base of the lash.

Tip: For a real eye-opener, use an eyelash curler before applying mascara. Curl gently at the base of the lashes, but never beyond the center of the lashes. Don’t clamp down on one spot for too long or you’ll get a sharp angle.

Tip: Don’t pump the applicator wand in the mascara tube. Doing so will trap air inside and cause the mascara to dry out. Instead, twist the wand to collect more mascara on the brush.

How To Make Your Scent Last Longer

    ralph-lauren-fragrance-lv

You find your favorite perfume and suddenly that fragrance becomes your scent.  it’s something that identifies you and you want it to last all day.

If you apply a body lotion or cream with the same scent as your fragrance followed by applying the fragrance itself will make the scent last longer without its being too strong or overwhelming

Try it, do the layering on one arm and spray the fragrance alone on the other and compare. You will definitely notice a difference!

    Spring Beauty

This Spring we’re bound to see some new trends – but there will always be those basics we just can’t forget!

    Hair: 0901113_sandra_bullock_golden_globes_hair

If you have long hair, opt for natural, loose waves. For shorter hair, high, glossy pony-tails are a must. To get super high shine, use a deep conditioner once a week as well as a hair mask.

    Eyes: girl_eyes

Yes, we all love that black eyeliner but just because Spring has sprung doesn’t mean you should toss it. The smoky eye will also be very popular this spring with well contoured eyebrows. Try something new and match your eyeliner to your outfit. For a new twist on the smoky eye, blend black eyeshadow with green, brown or purple.

This spring, go with bold lipstick colors. Think sour cherry and prune colors. Don’t be afraid to make a statement!

Don’t Have Time to Wash Your Hair?

Don’t have time to wash your hair? No worries!

    Powder Your Roots!

If your hairline starts to look greasy, dig up a big, fluffy makeup brush, and dip it into a pot of loose powder. Tap it once on the back of your hand to remove the excess, then dust it over your roots. It mops up oil and blends into your strands, so no one will know you didn’t wash your hair.
